First, please try the reset password functionality.
If you do not receive a link, please check your spam folder. Should that fail, please take a screenshot to submit to help@joinpanda.com. Please provide details of your issue and we will do our best to assist.
To reset your password, please follow the below steps:
- Open the Panda app, if you are logged in already, please logout
- Click on "Login"
- Click on "Forgot my password"
- Enter the email address you signed up to Panda with
- Click "Next"
- Open your email application on either your mobile device, desktop, or laptop
- Open the "Reset your password on Panda" email and click "Reset password"
- Enter your new password and click "Let's go"
- You're all set! Navigate back to the Panda app and log in with the email address that you originally signed up to Panda with and your new password
